Looking at the Weekly Real Estate Stats for Vernon and Coldstream area, we see another week well below 2009 numbers, longer days on market and a lower list price to sale price ratio. Don`t be fooled by the number of Lots sold in 2009, as this was one of the buying times for High Ridge Homes who picked up 11 of the 13 Lots sold.
