Looking at the Real Estate Stats for Lumby at the end of August there was little activity again with one Sale to record. A 50 acre parcel overlooking the Shushwap River was picked up for $390,000 which is 92% of the asking price. The number of homes on the market remains over 100 and the great deals are still out there.
