The slow market has continued for another week, as it has been three weeks in a row with no Single Family homes changing hands. There are Buyers looking however they are taking their time wrighting offers and completing the deal. the parcel of land that sold is out on Mable Lake Road, 40 acres minutes to Mable Lake.
