Looking at the sales for the month of March year over year, we can see there is a substatial increase in the number of properties that have sold in both Single Family and Strata. Althought for the real indicating factor that the Real Estate market is heating up look to the List Price to Sale Price Ratio, the large increase dictates the swing from a buyers market into a more balanced market.
