Here are the Weekly Real Estate Stats for Vernon and Coldstream. There is no surprise the trend we have seen in the past month continuing, with the amount of inventory maintaining a large amount of sellers are forced to bring their prices down to attract patient buyers.
On average 1% of the listed homes are selling per week, something many predicted would happen in the latter hafl of 2010. Now it's a waiting game as everyone wants to see how far the Real Estate market will slide back into affordability.
