Real Estate in Vernon has been very consistent over the past 2 months, we have seen Sales dropped to 70% below 2009 and stayed there. This is not a small decrease, as Real Estate is linked so closely with the local economy of an area as well as the economic perception of the larger global economy. There is no shortage of great listings to choose from as inventory remains around 1300 listings for the area and has done so since the middle of May.
